What is Jungin (Jeongin) case?
I want to introduce a child abuse material in Korea recently.
A little girl was born on June 10, 2019, and was abandoned in front of the church. After that, she grew up in a foster home.
The first 2 months in her life is joyful until the receiving court match her adoptive parents.
When she died, she is just a 16 months old baby. Even more distressing is the police officer had opportunities to rescue her three times.
Her adoptive parents all come from a Christian family, and their father is both a minister. And adoptive father has a decent job (work in TV company) and mother is a translater. They have a 4 years old daughter, so they know how to take care baby. They seem the best family to Jungin.
However, no one knows that the true reason why this adoptive parent took Jungin. They said they want to give their daughter a litter sister as a gift. However, their target is how much money they can borrow from banks. If they become a 4 numbers family, it can increase the loan amount to buy a house in the capital (Seoul).
When they took Jungin to their house, they got 1 million KRW(USD881/HKD6,843/TWD24,748). They also got childcare 250,000 KRW(USD220/HKD1,711/TWD6,190) allowance from the government.
They join a variety show(EBS TV), and they seem are a sweet family.
Adoptive father said that “many people focus on blood, but I believe adoptive families should be blessed. ”
Some audiences found that Jungin’s face always has some scar and wound.
After 1 month, the adoptive mother told her friend that: “I cannot build a relationship with my adopted daughter.”
Their neighbor found that they may abuse Jungin since 9 months old.
After 7 pm, adoptive parents locked Jungin in a black room. Her friend believes it was not good for children, but adoptive mothers explain that it is a common way that American mothers lulled their baby to sleep.

The first reporter is a kindergarten teacher. They found a bruise on her arm.
Compared with the teacher’s hand, it seemed someone slap her face.
The kindergarten teachers took photos and snow with police officers.
When the police officer asked the adoptive father what happen, he explained it is some skin diseases. And those bruise is because he gave her massage.
The adoptive father also complained that it is discriminatory behavior, and just because they are an adoptive family.

A person who is the adoptive parents’ friend reports to the police officer. The adoptive family goes to a restaurant to have a meal. However, they lock Jungin alone in the car for over 30 mins.
They apologize for this, and the case is closed.

Because adoptive parents did not allow Jungin to go to school, teachers had not met her for two months. That day, Jungin went to school. She seemed too thin in the face.
She did not speak and walk, so they bring Jungin to a children's hospital to see the doctor.
The doctor said she is undernourished and examined the baby, he found that her feet cannot hold her body. That is why she cannot walk.
He also analyzes her situation and reported to the police station. It may an abuse case.
The adoptive mother just got a boob job that no one to censor her. (I don’t know why)
The adoptive father explained that it is a mouth disease. she lost too much weight is because she was a picky eater.

The teacher held Jungin in her arms and checked her temperature.
The staff tried to get Jungin her favorite food and milk, but she refuses to eat and drink.
Some psychologists analyze that she got derealization, which is an altered state of self by bearing huge pain.
After class, the teacher suggested the adoptive father bring Jungin to see a doctor. He ignored and order Jungin to state up, and back home.

0940 their neighbor who lives under their flat command that they were so noise, it like something drop on the floor for several times.
Jungin may unconscious that time, her mother first sent her child to school and sent masenger to her father.
Before he sent into the emergency room, the adoptive mother call a taxi. The driver suggested she call ambulance, but she rejected it.
On the other hand, adoptive mother buy something and gave a positive commend ♡.
At that time, her mother cried and said “If she did, I don’t know how to live alone”
Furthermore, multiple fractures that have occurred at different times are observed all over her body.
Many experts believe that before she got a strong external force and it causes her death.
“When Jungin play herself on the sofa, and then fall by accident.”
But her mother is a woman. Does she is responsible for the external force? The power is the same as a professional boxer.
A TV program did a test; they find a similar body with adoptive mothers.
No matter how hard she tried, she could not get the external force.
Until she uses two feet jump off of sofa!
Yang Jungin remains were interred in an after the cemetery.

Her adoptive mother argued that her death was a mere accident and doubted that her intestines were broken because of CPR.
The judge were not agree it.
The adoptive mother also said the she just snake her, because she did not eat for 3 times. At the end, she dropped into the flood.

Adoptive mother: “I hope you do not revisit her. Because of you, Jungin does not get close with us.”
She hopes Jungin can being part of the adoptive family. She complied with her requests.
Now, she feels very regrettable.
